Maroon Group Acquired Cambrian Solutions

Maroon Group LLC ("Maroon Group" or the "Company") announced today that it has acquired Cambrian Solutions Inc. ("Cambrian Solutions" or "Cambrian"), a distributor of specialty ingredients and chemicals based in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. This marks Maroon Group’s tenth add-on acquisition and significantly extends the Company’s North American footprint, providing Maroon with market-leading distribution capabilities across key end markets in Canada.

Maroon Group Acquired Amsyn, LLC

Maroon Group LLC announced today that it has acquired Amsyn, LLC, a national distributor of specialty chemicals to the coatings, lubricants, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and electronics industries. Amsyn’s management team, led by Thomas Castrovinci, will continue to actively manage the business on a day-to-day basis. The transaction represents another example of a successful entrepreneur joining the Maroon team to drive the next phase of the company’s growth.

Maroon Group Names Terry Hill as CEO

Maroon Group, LLC announced that it has named Terry Hill to succeed Mark E. Reichard as CEO, effective May 1, 2019. Reichard will continue to serve as Executive Vice Chairman of Maroon Group, managing key customer and principal relationships. Concurrent with Terry Hill's appointment, Mike McKenna will add the role of President to his existing responsibilities as COO of Maroon.
