DCE 410

DCE 410 is a cyclic epoxy ester that functions as an efficient acid scavenger. In phosphate ester-based hydraulic fluids, DCE 410 reacts with phosphate acids, removing them from the system. Applications: Epoxides are used to scavenge acid from fuel and lubricant systems and de-icing fluids. They can efficiently bond to free acid in these systems and prolong service life of the fluid. Removal of acid also prevents corrosion of internal parts and connectors.
