Flamebloc 1414

Flamebloc 1414 is a highly intumescent form of graphite, and is a proven fire retardant in both water and solvent-based formulations. Unreactive until 180-200 C, Flamebloc 1414 expands rapidly and proportionally in response to temperatures, forming an insulating barrier against heat, continued ignition, and underlying substrate damage.
