An excellent metal deactivator that additionally acts as a hindered phenolic antioxidant.

RIANOX® MD-1060 is a unique antioxidant which incorporates a metal deactivation function in the same product. This product may be used where there is interference from metallic ions such as residual polymer catalyst, inorganic pigments or mineral filled polymers. It is FDA regulated for use in most polymers overseas. This material can be used in a wide variety of polyolefin and polystyrene. The recommended dosage of RIANOX® MD-1060 is 0.1-0.2%, the exact addition should be determined in trails.
