Calford PG-100

Calford PG-100 is a polyurea pre-formed thickener, specifically designed to enable the single-step, low-energy manufacture of high-performance polyurea greases. This product is key for producing greases that are particularly favored for demanding applications where long life, high dropping points (high-temperature stability), and excellent oxidation resistance are crucial, such as in sealed-for-life bearings in electric motors and constant velocity joints. Like other Calford pre-formed thickeners, PG-100 simplifies the manufacturing process by providing the fully reacted thickener dispersed in oil, eliminating complex synthesis steps for the grease maker.
