Calsoft® AOS- 40

Calsoft AOS-40 is environmentally friendly, biodegradable, aqueous solution of sodium C14-16 alpha olefin sulfonate. Calsoft AOS-40 combines the advantages of high foaming power, good emulsification, mildness to the skin and excellent lime soap dispersion to give the formulator flexibility for personal care and detergent products. Calsoft AOS-40 is an environmentally friendly anionic surfactant with luxurious, mild and copious foam that is gentle to the skin and perfect for personal care and HI&I formulations. Calsoft AOS-40 is an outstanding flash foamer, creates dense foam with excellent wetting and cleansing action. Viscosity building can be achieved with amides, betaines and/or salt. Calsoft AOS-40 has a high tolerance for pH variations and is relatively unaffected by changing water hardness.
