Empigen® BS/O is a gentle, coconut oil-based surfactant that creates a mild foam and cleanses gently. It can enhance viscosity and foam when used with anionic surfactants. It works with anionic, nonionic, and most cationic cleansing systems, is PEG-free, and sulfate and preservative-free. It contains less than 1 ppm 1,4-dioxane and is very mild. Using Empigen® BS/O results in clear formulas that are compatible over a wide range of pH values.
